As the sole owner of SERPVRO of Stafford/Missouri City & Baytown/Channelview, Susan is responsible for the day to day operation of the company. Definitely not a “hands off” owner, she can be found in her office working away at finding new ways to grow her award winning franchise (Rookie of the Year in 2003, Largest Franchise in Texas 2005, elected National Franchise of The Year in 2006).
As a member of the WBEA, SERVPRO of Stafford/Missouri City is committed to diversity in the workplace. A noted expert in the area of mold remediation, he holds a license as a mold contractor in the State of Texas. |

Experienced in contracting, large loss administration and running profitable companies, Bill is charged with executing the daily work of SERVPRO of Stafford/Missouri City. His specific value to the company comes in his ability to coordinate and oversee our large loss projects. Questions about specific details regarding our work and techniques nearly always end up being answered by Bill. |

Jimmy has vast experience in the residential insurance market. Jimmy's father owned a successful insurance firm East of Houston and Jimmy grew up serving his clients in a number of ways. He is now in charge of maintaining and growing our large residential insurance program and making sure our clients and partners are consistently happy with our service. He personally oversees each of his losses and works closely with the homeowner, agent and adjuster to see that needs are met and standards are high. |
